Annett’s background: Education in computer science and physics leads to understanding complicated environments. With her student work in a movie theatre, she developed a sensitivity to peoples bahaviour. Connecting these skills, she is able to understand changes in interactions between sociotechnical systems. Her innovative mindset is also formed by her experience in travel the world on low budget.
Annett started as a freelancer in 2008. Starting as a project assistant, she passionated in the field of project management and professionalized her education accordingly. Annett graduated her Master’s degree in M.A. Projectmanagement (2014) and achieved her PMP (2016). Further, she identified the potential in understanding both, project management and the relationship with corporate control. She studied Business Consulting and graduated her M.BC. (M.B.A.) (2019).
Working on top projects and programs within an international environment, she gained experiences in set-up and improve PMO structres in various roles and functions. Annett recognized interdependencies in organisational changes and transformation in project, program and portfolio management. Her academic research focused on identification of the trend in transforming a PMO, where she gained knowledge advantage for the company foundation planned on 1st of January, 2020.
